Simple, cheap and packed with protein. Great for grazing and can easily be adapted to your tastes.
Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas
1tbsp oil
1tbsp paprika
1tbsp garlic powder
salt to taste
Directions
1) Drain chickpeas and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Best to leave out for a while, it is important that they really dry so that chickpeas go crispy.
2) Transfer to bowl and cover with the oil, salt and spices.
3) Air fry 240 for 15 mins, or cook on baking tray for about 25-30 mins. Some of the chickpeas will start to blacken, but test that they are crispy before taking them out.
You can sprinkle with nutritional yeast if you want a more savoury taste.
